El Nordic Walking, o Marcha nórdica, es un deporte suave, efectivo que se practica al aire libre con unos bastones propios y que tiene una técnica específica con una serie de beneficios que te llevan a vivir una vida plena, muy activa y te llena de energía.

La técnica ALFA
El objetivo global de la técnica bien hecha es el bienestar físico y psíquico que se consigue en la caminata con movimientos armónicos, seguros, amplios , y postura correcta.
